Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Nice dark ruby color. Concentrated bouquet of spice, peppers and some fruit. Full bodied, concentrated, complex with fruit, spice, peppers, minerals, dark fruits. Long finish. Spice and peppers galore on the palate and the finish. Complex, concentrated, balanced. Good fruit and tannins. Needs several hours of breathing. One of the top kosher CPDs ever made. But at its price, the QPR is not good. Well worth trying. Drinkable now, it should evolve and improve with age at least for 10 years from the vintage
