This is a nice, aromatic wine. On the nose I pick up notes of cherry, raspberry, and plum. On tasting I get some oak, tobacco, and a spice finish.
The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like raspberry, plum, cherry and oak. It tastes like raspberry, blueberry, cherry, plum, oak, vanilla and black pepper. The body is medium. The wine has coarse texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has medium acidity.

Color is a medium ruby. The nose lacks clarity, but offers pleasant aromas of red fruit, sweet spice, oak, vanilla, a bit of funk. On the palate, cherry and red fruit, with a hint of pepper. Tannins are grippy, this could use another two to three years. Overall, an absolutely stellar pour on sale for $10 at Costco, easily drinks like a $30-$40 dollar bottle. Fantastic QPR, would 100% purchase again.
