  • Deep dark reddy purple to near the edge, initially a little dusty on the nose clearing to dark berry notes, persimmon, cassis and bay leaf. Medium weight on the palate, good dark and red berry fruits, a little sweetness complemented by the lite+ acid and some light, dusty tannins. Well balanced and certainly no rough diamond in my eyes! A very nice QPR quaffer at $16AUD
