  Was soll man erwarten von einem Wein aus Israel? Welch eine Fehlannahme!
  Fruchtig, rauchig, ein wenig pfeffrig-kräutrig. Fantastische Säure und zurückhaltende, aber wuchtige Tannine. Am nächsten Tag noch ein bisschen offener und einladender, aber nicht minder gut. Ein absolutes Highlight!

  What should you expect from a wine from Israel? What a misconception!
  Fruity, smoky, a little peppery and herbal. Fantastic acidity and restrained but powerful tannins. The next day a little more open and inviting, but no less good. An absolute highlight!
