  • Cloudy and orange, with interesting notes of nutmeg and raw carrot on the nose. Extremely refreshing on the palate, with a nice, slight astringency from the tannins. Acidity is relatively low, yet well balanced, and there is a floral exuberance from the Gewurz, which almost lends a hint of sweetness on the finish. I am slowly coming to the view that Gewurz makes the most interesting orange wines.
