    Our first bottle. We originally tasted through their lineup in Germany last spring and bought a mixed case of the wines. This is our first to open and it didn't disappoint. Very crisp, lean, and fresh. Made in the méthode traditionelle. If you haven't had any of their wines....seek them out.....their PN and Rieslings are outstanding as is their sparkling wines.
