This baby Pauillac offers cassis, tobacco, cedar, and hints of peppery spice on the nose and medium-bodied, soft, juicy, berry filled palate. The wine blends 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and 9% Cabernet Franc. Drink from 2025-2032. 89-91 Pts.

En Primeur campaign for the 2022 vintage Day Six (Bordeaux): Plums, sweet spice, a slight baked sugar note (?), a little blackcurrant and liquorice. Juicy, fleshy, plummy fruits, that baked sugar note here as well; like brown sugar on a baked cake, talc textured tannins, long. Slight non-intrusive alcohol warmth on the finish. Pleasant.
