  Bottle cap enclosure with swing top (kombucha/homebrew) style cap for reclosure. Surprisingly decent concentration despite the "light" advertising. Dry start and finish, ok acidity and not astrigent. Very floral - but not sweet - like jasmine or citrus blossom or even rose with some grass. Not too much fizz, easy bubbles. Can't complain for $7
