  Well aged Cahors made from made from a blend of 85% Malbec and 15% Merlot, aged for 12 months in stainless steel and used oak. Deep garnet colour, orange rim. Medium intensity aroma of dried and funky blackberries and plums, earth, toast, tar, hint of mushrooms. Medium body, smooth texture with earthy and mushroomy dried black fruit flavours, medium+ acidity, melting medium+ tannins.
