By the glass. Rosé wine blended in equal parts of Agiorgitiko, Syrah and Mavrofilero vines planted in height in the Peloponnese Peninsula. The fermentation methods are quite different: the Agiorgitiko ages in acacia barrels; the Syrah on its own lees in stainless steel deposits; Mavrofilero in amphora in contact with its skins. The result is a rosé plenty of aromas of tropical ripe fruit (papaya, cantaloupe) with some floral note. On the palate it has an aqueous texture, almost sweet citric acidity and a soft mineral finish. I would hardly consider it as a decent aperitif.

Light orange in color, amazing acidity, floral aromatics on the nose, strawberry, grapefruit and citrus on the palette, medium body, medium to long finish of strawberry and grapefruit with wonderful salinity.
