  The wine looks straw colored. The legs are slow. It smells like barnyard and papaya. It tastes like apple, lychee, pineapple and tea. The body is light/medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity. Also noticed on the nose egg whites, candied ginger and white pepper. Taste was a bit saline and creamy.
