I just started inventorying my wines and this was one that I decided needed to be opened. The nose was not encouraging, but once in the mouth my opinion changed. Very soft with very little tannin. Considerable red fruit, slightly jammy, and some blueberry. Almost port like. I'd like to think it could last many more years, but I wouldn't risk it. I feel it is at it's peak, if maybe even slightly past.

This one is not flawed, but the cork had leaked along one side, and I suspect I just caught it, but it had been affected. A little duller, and flatter than its predecessors - a disappointing finish to the cycle of 3 x 3 Grenache, each from the same vintage, same winery, different vineyards, drunk across five years. It's been a blast!

Dinner@Neo's (West Coast): Dry blue fruits, rounded, satin tannin, lovely concentration, juicy acidity. aged bramble. Supremely drinkable right now!

Tasted during a WA event „a matter of taste“. Nose of licorice, dried fruit. Rich dense, a bit heavy on the palate, decent complexity.
