GRAPE VARIETIES: GRENACHE (80%), SYRAH, CINSAULT ALCOHOL BY VOLUME: 14,5%
Appearance: Clear, medium garnet.
Clean nose of medium(+) level of intensity, developed. Aroma characteristics: strawberry, kirch and (hints of) raisins with subtle notes of garrique, sweet-spice and medicine box.
Dry on the palate with medium(+) level of acidity and medium(-) level of ripe tannin. Medium(+) level of alcohol, medium(+)-bodied. Medium level of intensity. Aroma characteristics mirrored on the palate, with redcurrant-like acidty on the medium-long finish.
Good for its price as well as for its age! There is still enough fruit left to harmonize with the subtle funky/bitter tertiary notes. Ready to drink, but will not improve.

as per my previous note - pleasant but 1 dimensional.

Pleasant wine. Fullbodied, but soft tannins, dark fruit and herbs d' Provence. Not my favorite winestyle, but a wellmade typical southern Rhone wine.

Pleasant enough wine - nothing exciting though.

Needs and hour and a half to breathe. A little tight when opened.
