  This note written after slow-ox for 3 hours. The color is a medium straw yellow. The nose has pineapple, papaya, and hint of honey. The palate has pineapple and kiwi. The acid is medium-, the body is medium+, and the finish is long. There is little complexity in this wine. Decent table wine, that goes well with seafood and hard cheeses. ABV 13%.
