  Tasted blind. A pretty ripe and jammy fruit, but in a nice confiture fashion without leaning into over-extraction. Fresh Provencal herbs and iodine minerality add complexity. Juicy and sweet, fruit-forward palate in perfect harmony. This was Napa Valley close to perfection.
