  Very tight and linear at first. After decanting for two hours, this was absolutely singing, with perfect acidity. White florals on the nose, with a salted caramel edge and this translated to a salinity on the palate too. White apples and pears, mandarin peel, all on a spicy lemon backdrop. Insane complexity. So much power here, with an intense crystalline acid backbone. This finish persists seemingly forever. Just delightful stuff.
