  A very pretty red ruby color, maybe 30% opaque with a dash of tartrates at the bottom. Light to medium intensity nose of raspberry and strawberry with interesting ocean spray and herbal notes. Medium-big body and just a bit on the sweet side on the palate, but it is buttressed well by acidity and stones. A very enjoyable quaff on a hot summer day. I'd say drink through 2025.
