  Humph. This domain has a great reputation, but I don’t see it in this bottle. Strong ruby color. Black cherry fruit on the nose with a bit of raw meat. So far so good. The palate just falls short. Missing generosity. There is fruit but it’s hollow. A bit bitter. Ok but no more. (85)
