Alrighty, if you have a bottle of this ... drink it NOW! It's past it's prime. It poured a brick red ... kinda tells the story. Dark red fruit on the muted nose and palate. It's tasting 'soft' now ... very good balance of tannins and acidity. The fruit does not shine right now, but still a very good bottle of wine with the grilled filet.

Delightful. Expecting some sediment, we grabbed a decanter but in the end it was only needed to aerate the wine as there was almost no sediment whatsoever. Dark plum, chocolate and currant notes with eucalyptus and dried herb undertones. Tannins have softened nicely, leaving a medium-bodied wine with a plush texture and flavors of red plum, macerated berry, mocha and herb. Finishes with good length.

Note from memory based on a casual gathering with friends. Full bold nose of toasty dark cherry fruit with mocha accents. Palate is medium-rich with unctuous fruit and gritty balancing tannin. Lower acidity, but enough to balance. Simplistic and one note. Hasn't shown much development or nuance. An okay drink - I've had better cabs from Vincent Arroyo.

A well priced Napa Cab- currants, plum, chocolate, and vanilla oak. Drinking very well and in a good spot- drank with aerator. I wouldn't pin point this as a Napa Cab nor a higher end Napa Cab... definitely new world and more Sonoma or Paso Robles. Definitely not bland or watery- IMHO but definitely not higher than a 90 wine (which isn't a bad thing).

The wine was very bland and almost watery and I was expecting a bold cab but it didn't really measure up
