  1st of 6 bottles, enjoyed this BdN for my son's birthday dinner.
  DG 6/7/23, with 4.5g/L dosage (Extra Brut).
  Lovely citrus, strawberry and mineral notes, with lively bubbles, nice crispness and bright acidity.
  Has a moderately long, slate and chalk-driven finish.
  Drink this disgorgement through 2028+.
