  Very pronounced aromas of nettles and elderflower that were repeated on the palate. Bone dry it had a super acidic backbone which maintained freshness right through to a persistent finish. Unusually, it was blend of white grapes with a little Pinot Noir added to give colour, but the winemaker has really pulled it off on this occasion. CHP 88+ pts
