The opening wine at a dinner for aged New World Cabernets at a NYC Steakhouse. Hard to describe, but all of us loved it. I was expecting an amped up Vermentino, but it was very different than that. It was a full bodied white with a long finish. A real treat.

My note really won't do this wine justice - this is a blend of heirloom Corsican grape varieties - to be honest, four grapes I've never heard of before. But just as precise and laser focused as his Vermentino-based wines. Unfortunately, I was only able to secure one bottle, but this is one world class white.
