When the chardonnays of Oiry, Avize and Chouilly meet the Pinot Noirs of Aÿ.
In terms of style, the mouth leans more towards an Egly, but finer. Flavors of biscuits, peach, butter, burnt wood and a little nut… This wine is definitely the most complex and accomplished of the range. And even so, it's too young for my taste although it's release later than the others cuvée. But the potential is undeniable.
