  Fizz tasting (Clara's Barn): (Tasted Blind): A very diffuse but tiny bubble. Very floral with clear litchi notes and sweet fruit. Muscat enhanced! On entry, lifted and with penetration, truckloads of fruit with a sweeter edge, low alcohol yet intense. The wine has a Moscato style with musk notes and more. Perhaps a little too sweet and over the top it had a good finish, if one-dimensional. Lots of sweet fruit on the finish.
  The vineyard is one of the highest in France, culminating at 700 meters altitude and has clay-limestone soil. The wine is made using the direct pressing of whole grapes and is both organic and biodynamic.
