  Deep ruby colour. On the nose developed aromas of leather with a curious note of cardboard plus dark ripe berries. On the palate this wine has the crisp, prominent acidity I often find in Lungarotti wines. Dusty tannins and austere fruit with tobacco. Long aftertaste with a drying mouthfeel, needs food to tame the acidity and tannins.
