TTTG (Brian's House): Rustic nose and palate showing a sappy red-fruited core that was complimented by slightly sweet sprucey and stemmy notes. A sturdy, well-balanced wine and terrific expression of the vineyard this is grown in. This is a workhorse that pairs well with heavier dishes. Medium finish.
Good to Very Good – Drink or Hold

TTTG Blind Pinot: Bigger, punchier, and much more pronounced than the Bouley in the same flight, though still quite delicate on the palate. Quite big on the nose, with red fruit, earth, and some forest floor/sap. Good. My #4

CT blind tasting group does new and old world Pinot (Brian's): Wasn't particualrly excited by this - it's solid but nondescript, with bright red fruit on the palate, a faint high toned herbal element on the nose, but not a whole lot of depth otherwise and it finishes a bit thin on the back end.

Transparent crimson with a slight orange hue in the glass. Beautiful notes of strawberry, sweet cherry and an earthy/ spruce tone. Savigny spiciness sets in on the middle palate an covers over the sweetness that shows up on entry. Virtually no tannins. Finishes long with some stemmy/ rhubarb notes and high-toned acidic charge. Very elegant, went great with wild mushroom risotto. Very good - drink now or hold

Clearly off. Strange color and even stranger flavor, think snaple brown iced tea. I hope the others are in better shape. Coulddn't drink it.
