Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • By the glass. Once again Xinomavro at 99.9% (!) from Greek Macedonia area. 13.4 ABV. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Rosé wine that stands out on the nose for some blows of grapes, grass mower bag and a citrus touch. Better definition than complexity. It came from a light body on the palate although structured, mature but also of a deep acidity with an herbaceous finish. Not bad at all yet nothing extraordinary.

    Por copas. Xinomavro al 99.9% (!) de la zona de la Macedonia griega. Volumen alcohólico de un 13.4%. Fermentación en depósitos de acero inoxidable. Vino rosado que en nariz destaca por los golpes a uvas, bolsa de la cortadora de césped y un toque cítrico. Mejor definición que complejidad. Vino de un cuerpo ligero al paladar aunque estructurado, maduro pero también de una profunda acidez y con un final herbáceo. No está mal del todo pero nada extraordinario.
