  • popped and poured; no formal notes. The wind pours a hazy, dark straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, this wine has the most kumquat i have yet experienced from a wine. There is also some quince and other tropical fruits on display with a pleasant vein of minerals. Acid at Medium(+?). Probably not for everyone but I thought this was a really nice expression of natural, skin/contact Chardonnay. Drink now or over the next 5 years.
