Geez I like this. Green apple skin, lime, brûléed grapefruit, classic cool climate minerality. Off dry style allows a wonderful interplay between acid & residual sugar.
It’s very good now but with patience the rewards will come.

Clonakilla winery (Canberra): {screwcap, 11.5%, A$34} Restrained floral citrus fruit on the nose, but juicy on the light/medium-bodied palate. Lime-tinged, its lifted with high acidity but always feels natural. Dry, crunchy, even, low-key finish, medium/long, and rather like a coiled spring. Will be (more) wonderful with time.

Ple straw in colour. Medium body, floral, citrus and apple with some flinty minerality. Great drop.

Apple, lime, steel, purity, light spritz, heaps of length. Might be underscoring.
