  • Sweet apricots and some petrol on the nose and packed with yellow fruit, eucalypthus and mint on the palate. Nice and dry with prominent acidity.
    Served to Asparagus, Char and Sauce Hollandaise as well as Brillat Savarin with balsamico and Asparagus Chutney. Good with the char, even better with the cheese.

    Reminds me of a dry version of "Klein Constantia" somehow...
