  Color oro viejo. Nariz intensa y con volumen, notas de pólvora, toques de miel tostada, pasas sultanas, orejones, corteza de naranja confitada, ... En boca tiene muy buena entrada, con volumen, reaparecen las sensaciones minerales, muy bueno el equilibrio entre dulzor y frescura, recuerdos a mermelada de naranja amarga, largo y evocador. En este estilo de vino es excelente.

  I could rate this heavenly liquid 5⭐, but I'm trying to offer some level of objectivity. Spends 12 months in two and three year old barrels.
  
  Raw honey, thick cut marmalade, subtle lemon oil, menthol and rose water. Classic and gorgeous. Hint of what feels like oak and creaminess on the palate. Ripe apricots smothered in honey, subtle thyme. Lovely backbone of lemon zest med acidity. Rich but balanced.
