  Fresh crack
  
  Nose/Floral - all cedar, almond and bright fruit notes. Smells like it might kill you due to ethanol, but not overpowering
  Sweet - caramel city
  Nutty - almond
  Spicy - cinnamon on the sides of my palate
  Earthy - some clove and anise?
  Smoky - no
  Woody - an absolute cedar monster
  Fruit - cherry liquor almost medicinal, orange. But takes a backseat to the oak
  Color - amber
  Palate - wow deceptively crushable (considering the high proof).
  Finish - sticks with you on the mid palate. Need to drink more to judge
  Value - good QPR at secondary/auction
  Overall - delicious. Intrigued to see how it unfurls with some time
