  Colour made me go 'ahum'...: amber-orange-gold.
  Nose is dominated by caramel, butterscotch, roasted nuts. Evolved, mature. Sure. Clearly this was better, fresher, a few years ago.
  But in the mouth it's still surprisingly well balanced, not tired nor oxidised.. Interesting notes of sweet tobacco, peach and orange marmelade, dried apricots, honey drizzled pecans. Very nice next to a salade of grilled veggies and Iberico ham!
