  Pale lemon in colour with somewhat restrained aromas of blossoms & citrus. On the palate, light to medium bodied citrus, citrus oil, lemon, green herbs, floral, high acidity with a long finish to slightly spicy, saline minerality.
  This is lively, fresh, crisp, bright wine, definitely in the Riesling area code.
  Very nicely done!
