A very interesting wine! Slightly sparkling, quite astringent (but in a good way) and very refreshing. Unfiltered, no sulfites added. Taste changes remarkably if drunk 'decanted' or if one allows yeast sediment to mix with the wine (as one would do in a Weissbier)... but both ways are pleasurable, with 'decanted' approach (as expected) tasting as a wine and 'yeasted' approach tasting nearly half-way between a wine and a wheat beer.
