  The wine shows deep color
  Big in the nose, very ripe black fruit, very dense, thick oak frame, black cherry liqueur, a touch warm but not aggressively so, black currant, extrovert, powerful, sweet spices. Very modern in style and highly extracted.
  Palate showing the same flavor profile as the nose, a lot of oak, whole spice, very ripe black fruit, very warm from alcohol, bold tannins, red apple notes, cuts short fast, needs time.
