Drinking well with a few hours of air. Tight and acid forward but plenty of pleasure at this time with food. Not sure there is much upside as the fruit is limited in comparison to the structure.

Dusty, strawberry jam, sage, mint and forest floor on the nose. Still reasonably fresh on the palate, but the profile is starting to veer more to the secondary and tertiary. Earthy and mushroom in the mouth- delicious when juxtapposed to the crips red fruit. The acidity lifts the wine nicely, and the tannins are still a little grippy but don't get in the way too much. This wine isn't as good as I expected it to be, but it is a good wine none-the-less. It let me down on the finish. Too quick to disappear. Short/Med finish. Try waiting a little longer. Maybe two years.

Pure and fruit forward with good minerality, good cut and good precision. A bit straightforward though and hollow and simple on the palate. Moderate length. Proper, enjoyable and easy to like, clean and well made, but nothing truly great here.

How can I start my tasing note ? Young but nice nose of Pommard.( not too much fruit ) Good balance, tannin's texture is dense, thick, delicious. Nice finished. Long live wine !!!

Plenty of tannins, could have used 2-3 years more
