  Compared to Las Rocas 2007 (another $9.99 grenache) this wine is heavier (it's actually only 30% grenache) and has a percent less of alcohol. It has nice balance of acidity and tannins that mellow with aeration, but its aromas and flavors are not as forward as in Las Rocas Garnacha.
