4/20/2014 - alanh13 Does not like this wine:
Perfectly stored (Wine Society), high ullage and cork in great condition. Came out cleanly. Decanted, no sediment. Tried immediately and quite mute but some hints of age - mushroom and soy. Surprisingly young, still some fruit. Quite light-bodied and no finish.
This didn't get any better with time or with a steak. Not interesting or pleasant (a bit sour).
Threw out the remaining half a bottle.
