Anise, licorice, banana bread, cardamom, ripe yellow peach and ripe apricots on the nose. High intensity of aromas. The palate adds lemon juice, fresh green apple, fresh almonds, fresh baked cookies and sesame seed. My friend said this tastes exactly like the Italian almond cookies known as "ricciarelli", and I believe her. High intensity of flavors too. Texturally velvety.
Medium + body with medium acid and a medium mousse. Delicious now; but feels very ageable for an NV.
