WOW!! My second of three. PnP and drunk with slow cooker pheasant. One of the best burgundies I have had. Earthy cherry, integrated tannin, wonderful balance. Very elegant. A step up from the first bottle drank in 2018. Drink or hold. Happy to have another in the cellar.

This is my first of three for this wine and I am finding it at a good place. Open an hour before drinking. Intense cherry, cola, earthiness. Very nice bottle. Acidity in balance. Sweet tannin. My guess is this is just entering prime time with 3-5 years ahead.

Beautiful, juicy fruit which expands in the mouth. Notes of blueberry, plum and pepper, with firm tannins and a medium finish. I think this wine is in the prime drinking window, but will definitely get better. 90-91.
