  • Compare the Fizz (London): (Tasted Blind): A very pale to lemon colour: youthful. Aromatic with white peach, Galia melon and floral lemon notes, reminiscent of a Riesling style. Light-bodied, the palate is soft, fat and with red apples and lemon, long in the mouth and with zingy, clean, and crunchy acidity. The wine holds its bubbles well, with a touch of residual sugar. I liked the vibrant, high, almost strident acidity, giving the wine a saline, ozone feel and bringing out the apples and citrus notes.
Maturation: 46 months on lees, made from Pinot Noir using the method champenoise.
