Garagiste selection. 9.5 % ABV. Now a 15 yo bottle
Color: medium yellow Nose: medium intensity. Very complex aromas of tropical fruit and sweet flowers. Still evolving! Body/flavor: medium body. Very complex flavors -- tropical and ripe stone fruit; honey; very well-balanced. Acid structure will maintain this wine Aftertaste: lingering An absolute treat... an Auslese that could be an BA!

Rich golden hue, tasty nose. The wine has taken on good body, viscosity. Sweet yet partly leveled by low wattage acidity. Minerals play with honey, giving great mouthfeel. Paired with chicken saltamboca, it was a winning blend of salty, savory and sweet. Not revelatory -- I craved more acid -- but even on its worst day, a well bred German Riesling is more interesting than most of the field.

Drank this a while back with some thai food, recall it being quite good, but didn't write a TN at the time.

Really nice wine that shown tons of minerality and complexity. Well balanced and perfect with cloudberry pie!
