Pretty flower nose though very light, the attack has some orange peel, jasmine and a little spice. A bit hollow in the midpalate, with a short finish. Refreshing warm weather wine.

(Esterlina Riesling) Pale straw with silver highlights, this fairly viscous wine entices the nose and palate with notes of green apple, freshly sliced pineapple, lemon, lime, peach, and petrol. Soft and unctuous on the palate, and fleshed out with 1.7% residual sugar, the wine is fresh, clean, and vibrant. The finish is long, limey, and slightly sweet. Winery Spotlight: Domaine Marcel Deiss

Still good after 10 years. Mild but fruity.

Certainly about the end of its drinkable life but went well with the food preparation.

Served as part of a tasting at K&L. Sweet nose; very light on the palate with fruit held in check with a dry finish. Good.
