Duroché Masterclass and Lunch (Restaurant Rijsel, Amsterdam, NL): From a 0.5ha plot in Grands Champs. Originally planted with Gamay, replanted with Chardonnay in 2004. Whole bunch, unfined and unfiltered, aged sur lie until bottling in August 2023. Lovely citrus and apple fruit and freshness, elegant palate with energetic minerality, barely visible wood on the nose, very pure and precise, lovely length.
