Bought from a Japanese convenience store for JPY625. Label shows 10% alcohol. Wine smelt of new tennis balls and was sweet and grapey to the taste. Latter research showed the Niagara variety to be derived from the 'foxy' North American vitis labrusca which can resist the cold temperatures of Hokkaido.
