  60% Tempranillo, 20% Syrah and 20% Pinot Noir of vineyards located in a natural setting at more than 1,050 meters of altitude in Albacete, surrounded by the mountains and 92 km from the Mediterranean Sea. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, and aging in a bottle on its lees of a minimum of 24 months. Red fruits, floral, pastry, brioche, some dried fruit, friendly, fresh and delicate. Nice! Interesting bubbles!
