  Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, straight to oak (30% new) with full solids and wild yeast fermentation.
  No MLF (same as the other 2 single vineyard 2022 Chardonnays).
  An aromatic Chardonnay with white nectarine, nougat and almond pastry notes underpinned by a subtle flinty complexity.
  The palate is intense, with fine natural acidity and a distinct savouriness from extended time on lees.
