I am getting used (and like) the Bouchard style in burgundy. Ripe very firm structure build to last but drinking well now
Took some coaxing in the glass to open up but was worth the wait. Lovely sweet, red pinot fruit with a strong backbone so I suspect it will improve.
transparent dark red, great aroma, blackberry, still young, fruity flavor, a bit too acidic, sour, dry, not balanced with the great aroma
Domaine Bouchard Pere & Fils & Domaine William Fevre Tasting (Wine Route Tel Aviv): Light garnet. In the nose – a lot of flowers and red fruits. Full and powerful body, strong tannins. Impressive
