500ml. P&p. Sharp, herbaceous/piney, citrusy, very orange wine aromas, with some stone fruit in there; quite attractive (if you like orange wine). Similar flavors, with terrific tart acidity and a firm streak of salinity that together really make the wine, and noticeable but fairly moderate tannins, all coming together well. Moreish, delicious orange wine. Vivid and lively, with a nice combination of freshness and depth. Seems like drink or hold.

Salone di Grandi Vini Bianchi (Mirabelle Restaurant Austin, Texas): Cloudy orange in color, like an organic apple cider or apricot juice, it carried the cider look into the nose, with some petrol, varnish, meat, mineral, and caramel on the bouquet. This is a complicated wine to taste, with flavors evolving and mixing—sometimes you like the wine, sometimes you don’t. With much acidity and a creaminess, there were brandy notes amidst citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, and tangerine, some dried apricot and dried peach, black pepper and spice/herbs. It resembled a red wine, and was somewhat volatile. The odd favorite of some, the dumped glass of others.

She's pretty in pink. Smells great. Apricot notes Alan. Va. Succulent. Not even cresting yet. Intense and driven. From 1 liter.

Naturally natural. But overpriced, naturally.

On the one hand, this wine will age forever. On the other hand, it doesn't offer much pleasure.
